Channaraju "CHAN" is an Executive Search Consultant with over 14 years of experience in strategic management and various human resources functions. He has supported small companies ranging from start-ups to big MNCs across different industry verticals, including IT/Internet/eCommerce, Semiconductor/Electronics, Automotive, Manufacturing/Engineering, Supply Chain & Banking. Currently, Channaraju works as a Key Account Manager at skill elixiredge, where he is responsible for hiring for high-frequency trading firms (HFT), leadership hiring, and tech hiring specialist. Prior to this, he founded chansys global solutions, where he focused on leadership hiring and business development for product development companies. He also worked as the Director - APAC Recruitment at the same company, where he was responsible for executive search, contingency search, contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), training & development, software development, and IT consulting. Channaraju has a diverse educational background, with an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from Icfai National College, and certifications in Film Direction from Screen Gold, Singapore, and Acting & Film Direction from Srinidhi Cineline.
